Sessions kick off at 8.30 am and wrap up at 17.00. However, if you require a later drop-off or an earlier pick-up, please don't hesitate to contact us! For safeguarding and security reasons, the main entrance gates will be closed from 9:00 am to 3:50 pm. If you arrive within these hours, kindly park in the top car park and call us using the phone number below. One of our staff members will promptly assist you and provide access as soon as possible.

Since this phone stays on-site throughout the day, use this number to arrange alternative pick-up/drop-off times, emergencies as well as any check-ins during camp hours. Take a seat, unwind, and let Fit4Fun handle your childcare needs throughout the entire school break. Our certified, Ofsted registered, and approved provider coaches have planned a thrilling day packed with activities such as Football, Dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Archery, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, Badminton, and much more. Sessions kick off at 8.30 am and wrap up at 17.00. However, if you require a later drop-off or an earlier pick-up, please don't hesitate to contact us! If you've selected the half-day option, please be aware that we'll meet you in reception at either 12.30 pm for collection or 13.00 pm for drop off. As these times overlap with our lunch breaks, we won't have a staff member waiting in the reception area for the full 30-minute period.

Sit back, relax and let Fit4Fun take care of your childcare arrangements throughout the entire school holidays. Our qualified, Ofsted registered and approved provider coaches will structure an action packed day with activities such as NERF Wars, Football, Gymnastics, Golf, Dodgeball and much more. All you will need is a packed lunch, snacks and plenty of fluid. Sessions start at 8.30 am and pick up is either 12.30 for mornings only or 17.00 for everyone else.
PLEASE NOTE: These sessions are subject to government approval and although we will take every precaution necessary for COVID-19 we cannot guarantee that they will progress. Sessions will not run on bank holiday's

Payment: The 12 spaces on this HAF funded provision are FREE OF CHARGE to the participant providing you meet the criteria as set out above. All names and booking information will be passed onto the local authority and be checked against a centralised data base so please double check you are eligible to access these sessions before attending.
Timings: Please be as punctual as possible for pick up and drop off and remain on site with your child until the time of your booking. If you have scheduled to arrive after the 8.30am drop off time or before 17.00pm pick up time then please wait patiently until a coach is able to come and collect your child from the meeting point.
What to Bring: We have a put together a brief list of items you may need for clubs both in and out of school time. Please select appropriately from the below depending on the club and time of year you are attending.
1. Indoor/outdoor footwear
2. Suitable clothing
3. Medication & inhalers
4. A drinks bottle
5. Packed lunch & snacks for the day
6. Sun cream
7. Towel & change of clothes
8. A beanie hat/sun hat
9. Face mask (optional)
10. Hand sanitiser (optional)
Medication: If your child has an allergy/condition/illness that requires medication then you must inform us via email or text with the dosage and timings that it is to be administered. In the event Fit4Fun does not receive this information we will note that your child is able to self-administer their own medication (unless unconscious).
Furthermore those children who require medication will NOT be allowed into the holiday camp unless they have arrived on site with their medication to hand. Coaches will ask to see this before signing the child in.
