Sessions kick off at 8.30 am and wrap up at 17.00. However, if you require a later drop-off or an earlier pick-up, please don't hesitate to contact us! For safeguarding and security reasons, the main entrance gates will be closed from 9:00 am to 3:50 pm. If you arrive within these hours, kindly park in the top car park and call us using the phone number below. One of our staff members will promptly assist you and provide access as soon as possible.
You can reach the South Hunsley Schools Out Holiday camp at 07842617251. Since this phone stays on-site throughout the day, use this number to arrange alternative pick-up/drop-off times, emergencies as well as any check-ins during camp hours. Take a seat, unwind, and let Fit4Fun handle your childcare needs throughout the entire school break. Our certified, Ofsted registered, and approved provider coaches have planned a thrilling day packed with activities such as Football, Dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Archery, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, Badminton, and much more. Sessions kick off at 8.30 am and wrap up at 17.00. However, if you require a later drop-off or an earlier pick-up, please don't hesitate to contact us! If you've selected the half-day option, please be aware that we'll meet you in reception at either 12.30 pm for collection or 13.00 pm for drop off. As these times overlap with our lunch breaks, we won't have a staff member waiting in the reception area for the full 30-minute period.

Payment
Payment must be made before your child's first day of attendance. Unpaid bookings may be released and offered to children on our waiting list. Timings
Please arrive promptly for drop-off and collection. The Sports Centre gates operate on a timed lock system and late arrivals can disrupt activities. If you need to arrive after 8:45am or collect before 5:00pm, please let us know in advance and wait in reception until a member of our team is available to assist.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or medication requirements when booking. Children must arrive with any required medication, which will be checked by a member of staff during sign-in.
