Venue Notes
Please note: Once you have dropped your child off for a Fit4Fun breakfast club, you do not need for you to return to the school premises. We take care of everything from there and once the club has finished your child will be promptly changed and escorted to their classroom on time for registration. During drop-off, please ensure your child arrives in suitable sports attire ready to go and has their school clothing packed in a bag. The drop-off point will be at the front entrance of the school.

For our after-school clubs, if you are unsure about the designated collection point, kindly check with the school or get in touch with our Fit4Fun team. We are here to assist in any way we can.

Otherwise known as free running, Parkour is a fantastic, non-competitive, physical discipline that challenges you to move freely over any terrain or object using only the abilities of your body! Effectively this is done by running, jumping, climbing, rolling and vaulting! Parkour is not only great fun but a challenging workout requiring functional strength, fitness, balance, spatial awareness, agility, coordination, precision, control and creative vision. The sport aims to build confidence, determination, self-discipline and self-reliance, and responsibility for one’s actions. It encourages humility, respect for others and for one’s environment, self-expression, community spirit, and the importance of play, discovery and safety at all times.

As with all Fit4Fun sessions we focus on inclusion and providing more children and young people with the opportunity to be active so this is a great option for children of all ages and abilities! If your child has allergies, a medical condition, or requires medication, please inform us via email or text, specifying the dosage and administration schedule. If Fit4Fun does not receive this information, we will assume that your child can self-administer their medication (unless unconscious). Additionally, children requiring medication will NOT be allowed to enter the session unless they arrive on-site with their medication readily accessible.

Please note that these sessions fill up fast and requires an upfront payment in full for the half term. Please note that there are no sessions during the half term holidays or any bank holidays.
